Hangs with certain user

Hi. My Word 2002 is stop responding but just with a
particular user. I have word 2002 installed in a windows
2000 enviroment. The word stop responding just when a
specific user runs it. I deleted and re-create the profile
for that user, I deleted the user and re-create it but
nothing works.

What could be happening?.
