Garbled Print

When printing Envelopes or Lables in Word 2007 the print comes out garbled.

Printer is HP LaserJet 3200

All other printing is fine.

Hi Ian,

Does the document print OK on other printers? And have you checked with HP for updated drivers?

I have the latest HP drivers installed.

I also have all the updates for office and XP.

The documtent does print fine on other printers.

Then the problem is in the printer driver and not in Word.

Hi Ian,

Specifically, your print driver (or your printer settings) is faulty. Word can't fix that.
