Faulting Application Error

I have a Win 2000 Terminal Server with Office XP Pro SP2 install, and
everytime a user opens up Word the following error come up comes up in the
event viewer:


Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Office 10
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 10/8/2003
Time: 11:20:54 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SEEDCOTS

Description:
Faulting application winword.exe, version 10.0.5522.0, faulting module
winword.exe, version 10.0.5522.0, fault address 0x00018f51.
