Error message: An unexpected error has occurred

I keep getting the above error message when I try to send e-mails. What has
happened? How do I deal with it? Grateful for any advice.

Initially, try running Detect and Repair from the Help menu in Word. If that
doesn't work, please find out what you are using as your email client.

If you don't know, it's probably either Outlook or Outlook Express since
you'd have to make a conscious choice to use anything else.
