Hi Hamish,
Word in all current versions has problems with multi-monitor support.
In your case, it's probably the HydraVision Desktop Manager, desk95.exe,
that has to be disabled. If you don't find anything in the ATI software, you
could try to remove the responsible Registry key.
Or you could try if an update of ATI Hydravision gets rid of the problem.
The KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810937
could indicate that it might be fixed ("Note: Desk95.exe and Viewport.exe
were only included in ATI HydraVision versions 2.5 and earlier.").
I heard that MS knows about the problems with the Find (and some other)
dialogs, and plans a KB article, but I haven't seen one yet.
Regards,
Klaus
