With TC on and the "number sticken through", that indicates that the number
has been deleted and will therefore not print.
I would suggest you step back into TC mode, accept or probably reject All
changes in the document (I say reject or else you will loss the cross
reference).
Once the Accept/Reject process is complete, then confirm that there are no
more chanegs in the whole document. Close Track Changes, now refresh the
whole document and hopefully your cross-references are back in line and will
print and work.
As stated before, Track Changes will interfere with fields and links,
closing the mode but leaving some changes not accepted/rejected does not
ensure the fields and links working as expected.
