The error "Compile Error in hidden module: AutoExec" indicates there
in an error in macro named AutoExec which is stored in a global
template. Macros named AutoExec will automatically execute when Word
starts which is why you encounter the error starting Word.

You didn't indicate what you've already tried but to view a list of
your global templates go to Tools/Templates and Add-Ins. If there are
any global templates or add-ins listed. Global templates are located
in your Word\Startup folder or Office\Startup folder. If more than
one, move them one at a time until you determine which one is causing
the problem.

The location of the Word\Startup folder can be found under
Tools/Options/File Locations and the Office\Startup folder will be
located in the installation path for Office.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
