Since installing SP3 on all my machines, there is one update I try to keep
off as it messes up my Outlook Express? I have always been able to go to Add
& remove like Microsoft suggests on their site, but the list in gone? Is
there another way to get rid of KB941202. Thanks to anyone

[Crossposted to OE General]

No. SP3 includes all previously released updates for OE, including KB941202
(Oct-07).

In what way did KB941202 "mess up" OE? How's it "messed up" now?

KB941202 was a critical security update addressing a vulernability that
allows remote Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) servers to execute
arbitrary code via long NNTP responses that trigger memory corruption. You
post to this newsgroup via NNTP: Why would you want to leave your machine
open to this vulnerability?

Have you installed SP3? Is "Show Updates" checked? Are any pre-SP3 updates
listed?
