I very much doubt that magic is involved. However, there is no way anyone
can give you focused troubleshooting since you've told us nothing about the
system. In addition, you've posted in a newsgroup for the Windows XP
operating system, which isn't a good fit since you're running Win2k3 R2
Server.

Suggest you post in one of the server newsgroups with possibly a crosspost
to one of the security newsgroups. When you do, you'll need to provide a
lot more information if you want to get meaningful help.

Why ask here? Do you see SERVER in this group's title? NO.
