The sympton is when I power on the pc, it goes to desktop and when I click
ctart> get a dialogue box where you will be able to highlight and pick the
items you want. My problem is that the hightligher will not stop moving and
it will goes on in cycles. Sometimes it will stop momentarily and continue
again. So thinking that it was the keyboard, I got it change. But the
situation remains the same. So I reformat my hAarddisk, huess what its still
the same. Is it that I did not install the XP properly or is my motherboard
fired? Is there anywhere I can try and check that its not due to the xp?
Thanks a lot.
