Two identical toolbars

The tool bar on my laptop is very unstable. Sometimes, I don't see no toolbar
at all and sometimes I see two identical icons on my toolbar. For example,
when I open outlook, I will see two identical icons shown on the toolbar.
When I clicked on one of the Outlook icons and closed the program, both icons
will be gone. Please help. I am using Windows XP Home Edition (service pack
2).

Hi PD43,

I think I should say task tray area where toolbars are displayed. Sorry, I
am too confused. I have two identical icons shown for each program that is in
use.

Hi Elmo,

Thank you. My PC has been working normally these days, so I had not had a
chance to try which one works better. Once it acts strange again (which I
really do not wish to happen), I will give them a try. Thank you in advance.
