Does anyone have any suggestions on how to check the series number/
registrated number? such as Window XP, Office, ...
I need to update all the license details on each PCs, does anyone have any
suggestions on how to collect those information based on existing/installed
systems?

Use Google to search for CDKEY or CD KEY.
There are more than this, but there are a lot of tools to dump product
keys if that is what you are asking.

(It does a good job of providing a wealth of information.)
