After installing xp service pack 3 I get an error message on opening windows:
"error: cannot open out bound object". There is not internet service nor
netword connections either. The Network Connections box is blank. Anyone
got an idea??

Nope, all that did was remove all my network connections and gave an error
message that "could not open out bound object" 1 1/2 hour on phone with
Microsoft did not help. Only thing to do was un install xp3 through a
'restore'. Never found something like this that I couldn't fix.

It saves us time if you tell us up front what you have already tried so that
we don't repeat advice you have already taken.
