I need to fix any problem on PCs for user, does anyone have any suggestions
on any tools to remotely access other PCs for trouble shooting?

UltraVNC has been suggested but I've never seen it.
PC Anywhere but that requires an install on both sides.
Remote desktop built into XP works but only if the receiver has Pro.
If you do it a lot, you can get a gotomypc account and that works with
just IE.

I've used WinVNC a lot, and Remote Desktop for WinXP Prof.

VNC works quite well but can require configuration on the host PC you are
controlling. I use TightVNC to access my PC from work.

Logmein is another I have heared people using

One I have used myself for support is Inletex Remote Control. It runs over
port 80 AFAIK and you all you need to do is send the user a file which they
run, when they do a pin code appears which they give to you so you can
access the PC. Pin code is only valid for current sessions so makes things
a little more secure I suppose.
