Thank you Kelly. Your reference provided the info I needed to get the blank
screensaver on the welcome screen. The only tricky part was figuring out
that the blank screen is called scrnsave.scr. When that file shows up in an
explorer search the icon looks like it has something on it rather than being
all blank, but by checking the name of the screensaver used by an account
with a blank screensaver I discovered that was the correct file. Thanks
