it should not pose
a problem by simply
deleting the folder
and contents.
if you are still using
the printer, be sure
to reinstall the driver
"only" for it and avail
from canons homesite.
after you reboot it
might be a good idea
to run a registry cleaner
to remove the orphaned
keys:
