I tried removing one of my older program softwares which came with Canon
printer's optional software.
But the unstaller file seems corrupted (Uninst.isu) and prevents
uninstallation.
I just want more space for my hard drive and this software (5MB) not required
for me now.
Is this wise removing or delete a folder (PhotoStitch) and its contents
manually?

it should not pose
a problem by simply
deleting the folder
and contents.

if you are still using
the printer, be sure
to reinstall the driver
"only" for it and avail
from canons homesite.

after you reboot it
might be a good idea
to run a registry cleaner
to remove the orphaned
keys:

Reinstall the software then try to uninstall it again. Don't use a
registry cleaner on your machine, these things do more harm than good!
