Hello,
So for various reasons, the best way I can share this one file with several
co-workers is to a share a file off my hard drive. We are all on the same
network and anytime they'd need it my computer would be on. I was able to
use Windows built in help to "Share the folder" with my co-workers but once
on their machines I could not figure out how to go find the shared folder.

I have a feeling I need an IP Address, and if so, you'll need to tell me how
to find it.

So how can I get this shared folder so that everyone can see it and access it?

I am running Windows XP Pro as are all my co-workers.

Thank you

The address is \\YourComputername\ShareName. If you don't know
your computer name then one way to find out goes like this:
- Click Start / Run / cmd {OK}
- Type this command:
echo %ComputerName% {Enter}
If you're not familiar with these things then it would be best
to ask your network administrator to assist you.
