New Program in Sounds Control Panel?

In WinXP, in Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices | Sounds, I want to customize the
program sounds for a particular program. But the program is not listed, and I see no
option to add a new program.

How can I customize the sounds for a particular Windows XP program?

Hi Toni,

Not without a utility. I couldn't find any free ones, but search around
and you will locate some for a reasonable fee. Someone else may find a
free one, you never know.
