Hi.
I have a user that have the following problem.
When connected to our office LAN there is no problem to get connected to the
internet.
But when the user is the broadband connection at home, there is no respons
at all.

Any clues what the problem is?

Wireless LAC or traditional Wired Ethernet. Regardless, it sounds like the
setup at home isn't properly supplying DHCP assignment of TCP/IP settings.
First thing to do is an IPConfig from a command prompt and check the
TPC/IP settings. If the first octet of the IP address is 169 then the
connection
is using an Autoconfig assignment which is a fallback value.
