I don't know if I am in the correct newsgroup, but I have a question about
Outlook Express....I know you can make a password for it, but I want a
password so it won't even open unless you know the password. Can that be
done??

Tools, Accounts, Properties, Server, uncheck remember Password.

What can be done is you can ask in a group with OE in the title. You
can notice this group LACKS that.
