I've tried installing SP3 via the Windows Update site but it keeps stopping
with an error message of 'cannot copy msdaremr.dll'. Disabling Norton
AntiVirus 2007 makes no difference.

Has anyone encountered this when installing SP3 and how did they resolve it?
The installation routine does offer the option to skip copying but I'm
unsure about doing this.

Win XP Pro SP2
MS Office XP Pro SP3
