There are a few ways you could do this but you'd have to have POP3 access to
the Yahoo account, which (for US- and CA-based accounts, at least, and
probably others) would require being a Yahoo Mail Plus subscriber.
If you have such POP3 access to the Yahoo acount and also can access the
Hotmail account in MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express (requires grandfathered
access, a Hotmail Plus subscription, or the installation of MS Outlook
Connector), you will be able to download all messages from your Yahoo inbox
(only) into the same Mail Client.
If you have such POP3 access to the Yahoo acount but cannot access the
Hotmail account in MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express, you could install
another Mail Client, Windows Live Mail (free), where you'd be able to access
the Hotmail account's folders as well as download all messages from your
Yahoo inbox (only).
