We are running Windows xp. The problem is that when you do the
following:

Start menu -> All Programs -> pick any folder -> right click on that
folder and select open/explore

The folder should open up. But it does not. I don't know why but it
started to act that way.

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
