Running Window XP MCE SP2
HTML and HTM are configured to show Firefox icon for all modes, edit /
print / open
I've even hit advanced and checked to make sure the icon is set right.
Yet in windows explorer I still don't get the icon. I get a generic
window looking icon. Not the fireball.

I googled and found reference to shelliconcache errors, but can't find
the file and the help is old like this is a win98 issue.
Tried Tweak UI -> repair.
Changed the icons to IE then back to firefox and still no good.

Update. I've deleted the associations. And next time I open an .html
doc it wants to associate of course. I associate with IE and all works
well. The IE icon shows. But if I change it to Firefox, I get just a
generic icon.

I have a feeling its Firefox.
