Advice Please

Advice please on WinXPPro
when I run "ipconfig" or added tree I see the dos window pop up with the info but it closes before I can read it. How do I remedy this? Please answer offline at micknr at gmail dot com

Open a run box and type "cmd" then Enter. In the Command window that opens
run your ipconfig. The run box does not stay open to display results.

Go to START - RUN and type in
cmd
Then enter. Now you will have command (dos type) screen that will not go away until you close it.
From here you can type "ipconfig" etc.

Enter cmd in the Start -> Run box and then enter ipconfig at the command
prompt.
