Hello Folks,

We have seen a lot of consumers getting the 0x800B0100 when trying to update
from Windows Update.

The product group has come up with the following tools to try to assist with
this:

All of your links point to the System Update Readiness Tool (KB947821): Why
are Vista users required to Validate in order to download the tool when
Win2008 users aren't?

Vista SP1 is a prerequisite for KB951978: Is the System Update Readiness
Tool supported in/needed for Vista SP1?
