Try to open wsus admin page and I get the following error "Service
Unavailable".

Go to IIS Manager and try to browse the page and I get the same error.

Hi,

Instead of renaming the folder, can you just delete the folder that contains
kb943055 and than test:

914229 Error message when you try to install various Windows updates on a
Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer: "Setup cannot copy the file
update_SP2QFE.inf"
