When ever I reboot my computer a program named ISUSP.exe causes a program
called agent.exe to use up all the CPU memory and bogs down the normal
operation to a halt. By using the utility manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) I shut
ISUSP.exe off and can resume use. Is there a solution to this problem? The
ISUSP.exe is an installshield update program.

And this has what to do with Windows Updates ?
Suggest you post this to a more suitable newsgroup that deals with the
Operating System that is installed:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?guid=7bc2fbb2-daf3-4b77-8e73-5a90574b968d

Click the appropriate OS in the left frame to access the newsgroup that
deals with the OS installed.
