An error after windwos update.

hello,
i used win xp sp2.
yesterday, i updated automaticaly windows that is six update item.
and i rebooted my computer.

At that time, i can't use my computer.
error symtoms are like this..
- i can't open internet explorer.
- when i start take manager, taskmgr.exe process can't not start.
- error message is : "taskmgr.exe - not existed starting point
an error SPAPI.DLL"

please help me.

Try to open wsus admin page and I get the following error "Service
Unavailable".

Go to IIS Manager and try to browse the page and I get the same error.
