I'm hoping someone can help. I can download and install the Service Pack 3,
but when it reboots, it doesn't load correctly and the screen comes up where
you can choose how to load Windows (safe, safe w/networking, last known good
configuration, normally). I tried last known good configuration, did not
work. So I have to load it in Safe mode and uninstall it. All my programs
were closed and no anti-virus programs were running when I was installing it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
