Windows update problem-scanners

I have used my HP scanner for over a year. After an update, my PC no longer
recognizes my scanner. If I try to use the Scanner and Cameras wizard there
are no scanners listed when I select HP as the manufacturer, only cameras.
When I say I have a disk and insert the disk, it will not use it. How do I
get my scanner to function again?

Windows version? What update? Have you contacted HP?
