After installing SP3, unable to revert to a point prior to installing SP3.

I don't think that it was necessary to use SR in safe mode but thanks for
the suggestion

Hi there,

It is necessary to do a system restore in safe mode since a lot is loaded in
normal mode and the chances of a succesful restore are nihil.

EACH TIME I'VE DOWNLOADED SP3 MY COMPUTER WILL NOT RESTART WITHOUT GOING
INTO SYSTEM RESTORE. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

First of all put your caps lock off when typing.

What happens if you restart after installing Sp3, do you get a blue screen,
black screen or what?
