This would be very nice if there was actually any way to obtain the support.
Instead, one is sent on a wild-goose chase, at least for the last link (I'm in
Norway).
It's a shame, because during the two last years I'd got the impression that
Microsoft had stopped doing that shit, the fake support with intentional wild
goose chase never ending in any actual possible way to get support (short of
shelving out lots of $$$ on phone call with no resolution), and ditto fake error
reporting, where at the end one would always get some delivery failure. In
fact, somewhen last year I got very helpful, personal, free mail-based support
from Microsoft regarding an Office bug, but then only after phoning them (web
was, as now, just wild goose chase, one could spend days trying to find anything
real). But now it seems that that counter-example, that helpfulness and
apparent competence on part of support, was just due to me persisting with phone
calls until they yielded and gave my case to some out-sourced support person.
Cheers,
- Alf
