I cannot view my update history. I believe I have followed troubleshooting
steps for this, to no avail. Can anyone help, please?

Hello zgirl,

This error may occur if the date and time on your computer varies too much
from the valid date and time of the SSL certificates used by the Windows
Update site. This causes the scan process to fail. Please verify that your
computers date and time are accurate.

Also verify that your Time Zone is accurate.
