WinXP keeps on downloading, installing, then telling me that I need to
install it again. When I look at the update history, it says that it was
installed. But after I do it, then yellow sheild keeps popping up telling me
to install it.

Cannot install it, shield keeps popping up. I have SP3 and this is for SP2.
Why do I receive it then? Also, the file is 0 KB it says. ??

The method to get KB936181 installed has been posted to the thread you
started today, " Error Code 0x64C: KB936181 for SP2 XP Professional "
BTW, it *does* apply to XP SP3. In the Subject line you stated that 'SP2
XP Professional' is the OS, despite the fact that you state that SP3 is
installed in the message body.
