Greetings,
Freshly deployed server (Win2003-SP2 x64 Std).
I'm having an issue where I set static IP settings for a NIC, hit OK and =
they are set correctly.
Later when I re-open the NIC's properties, the IP settings are all =
showing as back to the default DHCP settings.
IPConfig, registry and any WMI query or script all show the static IP =
information I entered is indeed being used by the NIC.
Even after a reboot... static IP is in-use on the NIC, but open the =
network properties window of the NIC and it shows all set to DHCP.
This post below describes the same issue, however their fix didn't =
apply. My path and system variables are correct.

TIA,
Kirk Lashbrook
