I know I can use various tools to view running process's what TCP\UDP ports
they are using and even see sessions they have open over the network. Is
there any way I can see how much bandwidth is being used or traffic being
generated by these process's.

I have to show how much bandwidth a particular service running on my Windows
server is genertaing.
