Hi guys,

I wan't know, how the virtual server configure the disk space for a new
server.
Well, when i create a virtual server with virtual PC in Lab, i configure the
disk space of the virtual machine.
But when the server was in production (with virtual server) if i have a sql
database and the free space on the virtual disk was very low, is it possible
to extand the size of the virtual disk ( of course i have a physical hard
disk with free space) ??
I shut down the virtual server and resize the disk ??

I don't know to exist a supported tool from Microsoft for expanding a VHD,
but you
can find freeware/shareware programs to do it. See http://vmtoolkit.com, but
be carefull to make a backup before, because you can have data loss.
