Is there any way to turn off printer and LPT port redirection when using the
remote desktop snap-in? I have already disabled printer and LPT port
replication on my machine for the Remote Desktop Connnection which has
eliminated those annoying TermServDevices 1111 errors on the server, but when
I use the Remote Desktop snap-in that you can access via administrative tools
and which allows you to connect to multiple remote desktops I am still seeing
these errors in the server log.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

If you don't want printer redirection at all, you can disable it entirely in
Terminal Services configuration.

Try posting in m.p.windows.terminal_services for more expert help with TS.

(also - for a nicer multi-RD management utility, try www.visionapp.com -
it's free).

Do you know where one can obtain the terminal services configuration tool
(tscc.msc)? I have searched for it in the past and have been unsuccessful at
obtaining it.

Thanks.
