I'm fairly new with admining a windows server so please be kind...

I need to set up a client to RDP into our Windows 2003 server. How can I
limit them to only running one application and not having access to anything
else on the server?

Natively, this isn't easy. You should post this in
microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services, and include more info (network
setup, what else runs on this server, etc).

Much easier to do this with Citrix using published apps. As Lanwench
mentioned, it's very difficult with TS.
