Internet options and downloading problems

OK. I think I posted this in the wrong place last night. I'm hoping I am
putting it in the right place this time. I'm new at this.
Problem-I was having problems downloading Adobe FlashPlayer. I searched the
internet looking for a solution and found the problem may lie in Internet
Explorer 7. I uninstalled IE7. Not sure what else I did at this point but
now I can't reinstall IE7 or anything else for that matter. Still can't
download flash player and now can't open internet options from either the
internet or from the control panel. When I try, a little box pops up and
disappears to fast for me to read what it says. HELP!!

Hello tonjiat2001,

Well, this is a server NG. Not something with IE. What is the error message
you get when reinstalling IE7? Did you reboot after deinstalling it?
