Can't Install KB931374 and KB943484

I can't install the following two updates on W2K3 and W2K servers. These are
not DCs, but vulnerable dlls still exist on them. Anyone have any idea on
how to get rid of this vulnerability?

What error message do you get? Did you check the KBxxxxxx.log?

I'm not sure what error anyone else is getting but the log shows the
following for ms08-003:
