The Ctrl+Alt+Del function no longer restarts Windows, just
crashes it; a reset is then necessary. The "Restart"
option in the Start menu also fails; this simply causes a
standby-like state in which the hard disks remain on.
The "Wake-up" button on the keyboard is needed to start
Windows from this point. A most strange problem! Advice
would be appreciated. AP
