I have a pIII amd athlon 750 running windows me... found
something in my win.ini not sure what it is ....

any ideas on what this is ?? also when i start msconfig
it states: "environment variables were found in the legacy
files autoexec.bat and/or config.sys and the variables
were moved to the windows registery"

any ideas or thoughts helpful......

Such entries are often caused by spyware - download AdAware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, install, update, and run it to remove spyware, adware,
and other such nasties from your system.

Your msconfig 'problem' could simply be out of date drivers for your sound
card, attempting to load real-mode drivers. reboot, and see what's in the
autoexec.bat and config.sys files using NotePad. That should give you a clue
what's causing them (config sys can be completely empty - and autoexec.bat
should contain nothing but SET statements).
