Can you be more specific with the programs ?
May not be a virus; rather it may very well be caused by malware
and/or spyware.

If you don't already have these free utilities, I suggest you
download them, immediately check for updates and then run a scan to
clean up your system. Delete everything that AdAware finds but use
judgement with Spybot. Generally you can delete everything that is red
flagged, but just check it over to ensure that it isn't part of one of
your programs.

AdAware http://www.lavasoft.de/

Spybot Search & Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org

Hope this helps.

something called xxxxx.exe certainly does sound like malware of some sort.

Try these tools out, and post back what you've found.

free for personal use antivirus tool:

spybot/adware detection & removal tools:

I tried Spybot which found a lot of thing need to be fixed
but nothing related to xxxxxxxx.exe(xxxxx = any
combination of char & digit) which is in windows directory
and shortcut in startup.

I delete all shortcut from startup but it automatically
generate shortcut to startup folder again. I also delete
some xxxx.exe which I think is virus. Now the machine
boot with message .lnk missing message.

Try the other ones, too.
