I downloaded a free spyware program System Soap which
checked for spyware,free untill you want clean it. It
took me foever to find how to get rid of it. All except
one file in Windows that keeps trying to access the
internet. It says cannot access file may be in
use.....Help Can anyone help me

2. The name of the file that is trying to access the internet.

It would appear the "System Soap" installs Spyware
instead of removing it!
