You don't mention the circumstances when you see this error. unicows is not
part of Win Me but is used by a number of applications to add unicode support
to Win Me. One program that installs unicows.dll is Windows Media Player 9,
another is Visual Studio .NET. When did this problem start? What changes did
you make to your system just prior to this problem starting? Have you tried
using system restore to restore your PC to the state it was in before this
problem started, provided, of course, that that was not more than a few days
ago. If you have WMP9 installed you might want to consider updating or perhaps
reinstalling WMP9 to see if this fixes the problem.
