To do this you need to reformat and reinstall
Do you have any Windows Disks at all? - sometime called 'Recovery CD' or
'Restore CD'??
What manufacturer?
Look here for the instructions for a clean install - you can do this using a
CD copy of the files in the C:\Windows\Options folder

Check your manual - a lot of Compaq's have a utility to create a set of
disks which act as either restore disks, or Recovery disks, or create a
'proper' OS master disk.
