A number of entries are intended to have two similar but not 100% identical
entries in MSConfig | Startup, for example there are supposed to be two
PowerProfile entries and some AV applications also create multiple entries.
It is actually impossible for two entries to be 100% identical other than
where one is checked and the other unchecked. Some applications will add
themselves back to MSConfig even when unchecked and the way to prevent them is
to use the application's configuration or setup pages and set the application
not to be launched each time the system is booted.
Dcfssvc.exe is apparently part of the interface used with some Kodak digital
cameras. If it keeps reappearing even when unchecked look for a configuration
or setup option in the application itself.
