I have crazy numbered folders in C/ I don't know the correct old names =
that used to be=20
on them but I hate to tamper. Example Dir0000 and Dir0002 eleven of =
them any EASY way to correct them. Ideas? or is it necessary to try and =

These are probably folders "recovered" when using scandisk. Are any of
the files in these folders usable? If not they might best be deleted. I
would be worried though about your having so many such folders. This
might either suggest that your system isn't shutting down correctly
requiring scandisk to run each time the system is booted or that your hard
disk is near to failure.
